Student Orgs: Apply now for Leadership Connection!

The Leadership Connection retreat provides student organization delegations the opportunity to think deeply about and engage in group development. Key concepts and activities such as mission and values, organizational culture, communication and facilitation, inclusive leadership, collaboration, and action planning are designed to help strengthen your student organization. Participants will leave with action items and next steps on how to continue their organization’s growth. 

Organizations will be asked to identify a delegation of three members to represent their group at Leadership Connection. All transportation, lodging, food, and supplies will be provided at no cost to participants.

***Please note that this year’s Leadership Connection retreat coincides with the observance of Ramadan. As a team, we are working to ensure accommodations for facilitators and students who are observing Ramadan. This will include, but is not limited to, having meals available prior to and after fasting, as well as prayer and reflection rooms. There will be times built into the program structure for additional breaks and rest.
