The Winterfest Application is Live!
Winterfest, the student org fair for the winter semester, has moved to the Michigan League this year! Winterfest will feature crafts, performances, and food and is a great way to promote recruitment for your organization or find a place to get involved on campus. The fest is being held on two separate days: Monday, January 14th (Day 1) and Wednesday, January 16th (Day 2), running from 4:30 to 7:00 pm each day.
To be eligible to register your organization to participate in Winterfest, your org should have:
1. completed registration for the 2018-19 academic year,
2. at least 3 approved Authorized Signers, and
3. at least $25 in their SOAS account.
So if you are interested in reserving your table, have one of your authorized signers complete the application by Friday, December 7th for your preferred below! Tables are limited and assigned on a first come, first served basis.

Day 2 Application *Full* [Wednesday, January 16th, 4:30-7:00pm]
Note: Each org is limited to participating on Day 1 or Day 2, but not both.
Winterfest Lottery Information
To enter the lottery, please complete an application form (see above) for the Winterfest day you would prefer. On Monday, January 7th, organizations will be chosen at random to receive a lottery spot. Groups will be contacted on that Monday afternoon via the two emails provided on their application whether they received a lottery table or not.
All elligibility requirements listed above apply to organizations who are chosen for a lottery table; tables will only be awarded to organizations who do not already have a table for Winterfest Day 1 or 2.
