Winterfest is Monday and Wednesday, January 14th and 16th, from 4:30 to 7:00 pm at the Michigan League (2nd Floor).
Winterfest, the student org fair for the winter semester, has moved to the Michigan League this year! Winterfest will feature crafts, performances, and food and is a great way to promote recruitment for your organization or find a place to get involved on campus. The fest is being held on two separate days: Monday, January 14th (Day 1) and Wednesday, January 16th (Day 2), running from 4:30 to 7:00 pm each day.

Winterfest Lottery Information
On Monday, January 7th, organizations who have applied for a table but did not receive one will be chosen at random to receive a lottery spot. Groups will be contacted on that Monday afternoon via the two emails provided on their application whether they received a lottery table or not.
All elligibility requirements listed below apply to organizations who are chosen for a lottery table; tables will only be awarded to organizations who do not already have a table for Winterfest Day 1 or 2.
To be eligible to register your organization to participate in Winterfest, your org should have:
1. completed registration for the 2018-19 academic year,
2. at least 3 approved Authorized Signers, and
3. at least $25 in their SOAS account.
