Campus Involvement

Looking for ways to strengthen your impact on campus? How about investing in your organization and its members?

Leadership Connection provides members of your student organization an opportunity to grow through meaningful exploration of topics like collaboration, social change, critical thinking, and reflection. Participants will leave with action items and next steps on how to continue their organization’s growth.

There is no cost to selected participants and all travel, lodging, and meals are provided. Student organizations are identified through an application process.

Leadership Connection 2019 Dates

May 6 - May 9, 2019* - Camp Michigania, Boyne City, MI

Applications are now open! Apply here by Sunday, March 31, 2019!

Leadership Connection is hosted by the Center for Campus Involvement, in partnership with the Ginsberg Center for Service Learning and Multi-Ethnic Student Affairs.

*This year's Leadership Connection retreat coincides with the beginning of Ramadan. It is important to the Leadership Connection team that everyone can participate in this experience and we have been working with Camp Michigania to ensure accommodations are available for those observing Ramadan. This will include, but is not limited to, having meals available prior to and after fasting as well as prayer and reflection rooms. There will also be times built into the curriculum for additional breaks and rest.
