Campus Involvement

Looking for ways to strengthen your impact on campus? How about investing in your organization and its members?

Leadership Connection provides members of your student organization an opportunity to grow through meaningful exploration of topics like collaboration, social change, critical thinking, and reflection. Participants will leave with action items and next steps on how to continue their organization’s growth.  

There is no cost to selected participants and all travel, lodging, and meals are provided. Student organizations are identified through an application process.

2018 Facilitator Information & Application

University of Michigan full-time employees who are open to learning and growing with student leaders are eligible to apply to serve as a facilitator at Leadership Connection. 

Facilitators are expected to both create and deliver curriculum pieces and lead small groups of student organization members in reflection and processing. Facilitators are also expected to connect with student participants a minimum of twice once returning to campus.
