WINTER 2023 2nd-ROUND APPOINTMENTS
If you would like to request a 2nd-round appointment to reserve Diag boards and/or Banner Poles, please submit this brief request form.

2nd-round appointments will take place starting on Tuesday, December 6 in the afternoon and will continue on an ongoing basis.
- After you submit the request, the SORC Supervisor will email you the appointment time and the video call link. Your appointment time will also be added to the list below, for reference.
- Appointments will be scheduled in the order in which applications are received.
- You may request a specific day and time time if you like, but earlier is better. Each appointment that takes place before yours means more and more spaces are taken out of commission. The sooner we can meet with you, the better your options will be!
- Appointments will be conducted via Google Meet. The link to the video call is provided via email after you submit the above request form. If you do not receive that email, please reach out to SORC via email as soon as possible.
- Plan to join the Zoom call about 3 minutes early, just in case you encounter technical delays. If you have trouble with the Zoom link, call 734-764-0436.
- Student organizations must provide the exact name as registered on Maize Pages.
- Departments should not preface their name with "University of Michigan." All departments are University of Michigan.
- Contracts must be signed and shortcodes provided before 2 business days after the appointment. The charge will be processed (funds deducted from your shortcode) the week before your reservation begins. If COVID closes campus before your reservation begins, you will have the option of cancelling for no charge. If you cancel for other reasons, our regular billing and cancellation policy is in effect.
- A few things to know about 2nd-round appointments:
- You can reserve both Diag boards and Banner Poles at 2nd-round appointments.
- During the first round, there is a limit of 2 Diag boards per group, per week. In the second round, you can reserve more spaces.
- During the first round, there is a limit of 4 weeks of Banner Poles per group. In the second round, you can reserve more weeks. The limit of one banner per group per week is still enforced.
