SORC offers two different types of deliveries. We need to ask different questions based on what you're ordering, so the forms are different.
- Recognition orders (birthdays, get well, congrats, etc.)
- Event orders
If you are a representative of a department or student organization ordering balloons for an event, please use the "Event Balloon Order Form" button below.
If you are a parent or family member who wants to send a single bouquet of balloons to a student, or a UM staff member who wants to send a bouquet of balloons to a student or fellow staff member, please use the "Recognition Balloon Order Form" button below. We offer many different message balloons, including:
