Student Organization Vehicle Reservation Process

The process for Student Organizations to reserve University vehicles is ONLINE!

Organizations wishing to reserve University vehicles should complete the Online Vehicle Reservation Form.  Authorized Signers for organizations are able to login to the webform and submit the request online.  All reservations need the following information to be processed:

Are you a student leader? Looking to make your student organization stronger? Then Student Leader Advising is for you! You will be able to meet one-on-one with an expert from the Center for Campus Involvement and receive answers to any questions you might have regarding your organization.

Forms A-Z

Here you will find several forms that your student organization may need to utilize.  

Student Organization Essentials

Organization Essentials is a required training for all Authorized Signers within an organization designed to share basic knowledge on student organization policies and procedures on campus. The training consists of four focus areas which include Leadership, Policies, Finance, and Meeting/Events. Organization Essentials is offered online through Canvas.  All Authorized Signers must complete this training as part of the registration process for student organizations.  Failure to have all Authorized Signers complete the training before the September 30 registration deadline will result in your organization becoming frozen. Important Dates

 Festifall Registration: 3/15 for Student Organizations, 4/1 Departments

 Northfest Registration: 3/15 for Student Organizations, 4/1 Departments

 Student Organization Annual Registration: 3/15-9/30

 Winterfest Registration Opens: November 1st
