OrgAffinity: Wellness Guides for Student Organizations

Taking time for self-care during these stressful times is crucial but what if you could take care of yourself and the well-being of your student organization at the same time? CCI's OrgAffinity wants to provide you and your organization members with Wellness Wednesday guides that care for all 8 aspects of wellness!

Social Wellness Guide

We encourage student organizations to think about their impact on others socially. We've put together this DE&I Toolkit to help assist you on your endeavors of making a safe organization for everyone!


Physical Wellness Guide

This week we encourage student organization members and leaders to find ways to care for their individual and collective physical wellbeing. Whether this is participating in one of the virtual engagement opportunities through rec sports, listening to a body-positive podcast, downloading a free fitness app, or trying one of the healthy recipe suggestions, there is space here for everyone to set physical wellness goals. We acknowledge that physical wellness looks different for everyone! It's important to set individual goals grounded in self-acceptance, accountability, and body-positivity.


Emotional Wellness Guide

This week we want to highlight the importance of caring for our individual and collective emotional wellbeing and mental health. We encourage student organization members and leaders to set goals grounded in self-acceptance and accountability. This could look like utilizing one of the University's virtual activities, journaling from a self-guided reflective prompt, downloading a meditation app, or going for a walk and listening to a mental health podcast. Let this be the week that you set those emotional wellbeing goals and follow through! You're worth it.
