Kaila states, "I am so excited to be in this role at the University of Michigan because I love working with students! I enjoy having discussions about topics that can be difficult and challenging and to think critically about issues on campus, in the greater community, and around the world. I hope to foster an environment in which all students can learn about their own identities as well as others in order to be inclusive and equitable in their clubs and organizations."
