Winterfest 2026

The Center for Campus Involvement (CCI) is excited to invite you to attend Winterfest 2026!

Date/Time/Location:

Winterfest 2026 will be held on January 12th, 13th, and 15th, in the Michigan Union and Pierpont Commons.

  • January 12: Winterfest Central One - Michigan Union (4 PM - 7 PM)

  • January 13: Winterfest Central Two - Michigan Union (4 PM - 7 PM)

  • January 15: Winterfest North - Pierpont Commons (1 PM - 4 PM)

Student organization applications will open on Monday, November 3rd. All of our fests are highly attended and have limited space. Please make sure to read all of the policies, procedures, and dates to ensure you don't miss out on this great opportunity!

Due to capacity restrictions, Winterfest 2026 is not open to departments. 

Winterfest 2026 Applications:

Only student organizations that have been fully registered for the 2025/2026 academic year will be permitted to participate in Winterfest 2026. All organizations must have completed the annual registration and renewal process in order to be eligible to participate.

Please only submit one application per organization.

The application must be submitted by an authorized signer for your organization. Please ensure the contact provided will be a member of your organization next semester.

 

Student organizations will be charged $30 to their SOAS Project Grant Number (PG#) to participate in Winterfest. Student organizations that require financial support for this cost can complete the CCI/CSG Fee Waiver Form.

 

If your organization does not have $30 in its SOAS account or has not applied for funding through CCI/CSG, then your Winterfest application will be denied.

Cost:

Student organizations will be charged $30 to their SOAS shortcode to participate in Winterfest this year. A hold will be placed on organizations accounts when their application is processed and following the event the charges will be processed.

 

Please note that you will still be charged for a no-show without timely prior communication.

What you'll get:

Every organization will have a table and two chairs. All of your materials must fit on or immediately behind your table.

Arriving and Checking In:

When you arrive at Winterfest, all you need to do is find your assigned table and start setting up! We will come around and check on groups as you get set-up. Organizations may start setting up their tables 30 minutes before the start of the fest.

Departing Winterfest:

Once your organization has wrapped up, please make sure to take all of your materials with you. If we find that your organization has left materials on your table, you will be charged a $75 misuse fee to your SOAS shortcode.
