Fall 2023
Festifall is the largest organization fair at the University of Michigan. Held during the first week of classes, it is estimated that attendance reaches over 8,000 participants.
This year Festifall has been combined into a one-day giant fest! Festifall Central will take place on Central Campus at North and South Ingalls Mall and the Diag. Vendors are invited to participate at the Festifall Central location on Wednesday, August 30th, 2023 for either Session 1, Session 2 or a Full Day at either Tier 1 or Tier 2 (premium) rates. Please note: electricity will not be available at this year's event.

Important Festifall Information
Date: Wednesday, August 30th
Location: Central Campus on N University (between Thayer and Fletcher St)
Session 1: 2:30 - 5:00pm
Session 2: 6:00 - 8:30pm
OR Full Day: 2:30 - 8:30pm
Timeline:
- 2:00 - 2:30pm: Session 1/Full Day Check-in and Set Up
- 2:30 - 5:00pm: Session 1
- 5:00 - 5:30pm: Session 1 Tear Down/Departure
- 5:30 - 6:00pm: Session 2 Check-in and Set Up
- 6:00 - 8:30pm: Session 2
- 8:30 - 9:00pm: Session 2/Full Day Tear Down/Departure
Fees and Options:
Tier 1 Vendor Space (Regular)
$500 table fee for single session OR $900 for Full Day
- One (1) 6 foot table; 2 chairs
- Free web exposure on https://campusinvolvement.umich.edu/fests (booth Name Only; no Vendor logos will be used)
- Trash Pickup at end of event
- Access to loading zone
- Location: Side 1 on N. University facing the Michigan League
Tier 1 Vendor Space (Non-Profit; EIN Verification Required)
$250 table fee for single session OR $450 for Full Day
- One (1) 6 foot table; 2 chairs
- Free web exposure on https://campusinvolvement.umich.edu/fests (booth Name Only; no Vendor logos will be used)
- Trash Pickup at end of event
- Access to loading zone
- Location: Side 1 on N. University facing the Michigan League
Tier 2 Vendor Space
$1,000 prime location fee for 18ft longX10ft deep space single session OR $1,800 for Full Day
- Prime Location in the heart of Festifall with 18 feet of frontage
- Space is 18 feet long by 10 feet deep
- Ability to use your own marketing tent or pop-up canopy. *Please note that whatever set-up you choose to bring must be able to be assembled and disassembled on site; no trailers or vehicles.
- Optional at no additional charge: One (1) 6 foot table; 2 chairs

Steps:
- Complete Vendor Application
- Once approved by the Center for Campus Involvement vendors will need to Sign the 2023 Festifall Vendor Agreement and agree to the Festifall Rules and Policies
- Pay for space within 7 business days via company check
- Provide COI no later than July 31th, 2023
