Festifall

Fall 2026

Festifall is the largest organization fair at the University of Michigan. Held during the first week of classes, it is estimated that attendance reaches over 10,000 participants. 

Vendor applications for Festifall 2026 will be open from March 23rd until July 31st.

Important Festifall Information

Date: Festifall North: Monday, August 31st, 2026 and Festifall Central: Wednesday, September 2nd, 2026

Fees and Options:

Presenting Sponsor: $30,000

  • Presenting sponsor for 2026
  • Brand represented on all Festifall promotional material and graphics
  • Ability to sponsor a wellness station (e.g. water station, sunscreen station)
  • One month of brand representation through a Festifall thank-you digital advertisement displayed on screens across campus buildings
  • All Maize level benefits

Maize: $10,000

  • One week of brand representation on Festifall digital ads on screens around campus
  • Ability to use a QR code to voluntarily collect student contact information
  • Ability to table at Festifall North
  • Access to electricity
  • All Blue level benefits

Blue: $5,000

  • 18'x10' space
  • Ability to use your own marketing tent/pop-up canopy (must be assembled on site; no trailers/vehicles)
  • All Victory level benefits

Victory: $2,000

  • One (1) 6' table, two (2) chairs
  • Ability to table at Festifall Central only
  • Free web exposure on campusinvolvement.umich.edu/fests (Name only, no Vendor logos will be used)
  • Access to loading zone

Non-Profit Vendor Space (EIN Verification Required): $550

  • One (1) 6 foot  table; 2 chairs
  • Ability to table at Festifall Central only
  • Free web exposure on campusinvolvement.umich.edu/fests (booth Name Only; no Vendor logos will be used)
  • Access to loading zone

Steps:

  1. Complete Vendor Application
  2. Once approved by the Center for Campus Involvement vendors will need to Sign the 2026 Festifall Vendor Agreement and agree to the Festifall Rules and Policies
  3. Pay for space within 7 business days via company check
  4. Provide COI no later than July 31st, 2026
