Each sponsoring unit is unique and has different access to resources. By granting access to these unique benefits, the sponsoring unit is demonstrating a substantial relationship with the SSO. As a sponsoring unit, it is unlikely that you will have to create any special positions or resources. If you define what resources you can offer, the SSO will likely see this as all the support they need.
