"I wanted to take a moment to recognize a couple of employees – Alexa and Max. Yesterday, I had an order that I was to pick up for curbside delivery at 3:30 pm. I waited for 15 minutes and called numerous times but couldn’t get through. I couldn’t wait much longer as I had to leave to prep for my event. Shortly after, I received a call from Alexa wondering if I was still interested in picking up the balloons. I explained what happened and found out that SORC’s phones were not working. At that point, I was unable to pick them up and Alexa and her manager made it so that they could be delivered off campus to me in time for the event. The driver, Max, called to check in and confirm that he was on his way and was able to get the balloons to us in time. Both Alexa and Max were very apologetic for an issue that was not at all their fault. They went out of their way to ensure that I had what I ordered and were incredibly professional accommodating, And kind.
