Advertise at student events!
This new opportunity provides student organizations and departments visibility at high-traffic student events organized by the Center for Campus Involvement, putting your message in the spotlight at the heart of Student Life. Ads will be displayed on 24" x 36" A-Frame signs and placed strategically around the events, which will have anywhere from 200-8,000+ students attending depending on the event. For more information on the events see below. Only student organizations and university departments can rent these spaces to advertise; they are not available to unaffiliated businesses or individuals.
How is advertising space booked?
Student Event Ads will be booked through Zoom appointments each semester just like Diag Boards and Banners. Due to high demand for ad space, a random drawing for appointment times is conducted. Our Advertising Services Overview has more information about this process or click here to get on the mailing list and stay informed about when the application periods are.

Key benefits of advertising at events:
Large, Highly Engaged Audience
Reach out to a premium audience of 200-8,000+ students per event. By advertising at student-focused events, you are more likely to reach highly motivated and involved individuals who will participate in campus organizations, events, and opportunities.
Repeated Exposure
Benefit from multiple ad views by participating students, as they may encounter your ads 5-10+ times throughout these events, enhancing brand recall and message retention.
Social Engagement
Take advantage of the natural group setting where students are actively seeking topics for discussion and sharing about their experience on social media. Your ad could be the next buzz on campus that gets talked about long after the event is over. Encourage students to talk about or share your ad through speaking to what they care about, giveaways, and prompting discussion.
Customized, Interactive Campaigns
Engage students with QR codes and interactive content. Tailor your advertising content to resonate with the theme and mood of each event, ensuring a natural fit and enhanced connection.
